ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During holidays, promotional periods of order volume, additional processing time may be required. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.
SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY
Shipping charges and available delivery options are calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and accepted by the shipping carrier. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
FRAGRANCE SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Many fragrance products contain alcohol and are classified as regulated materials for transportation. Because of carrier regulations, certain fragrances may be limited to specific shipping methods or destinations. Available shipping options will be displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery address.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at time of checkout. Please review your information before submitting your order. if you notice an error after placing your order please notify us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or been shipped.
LOST, DELAYED, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Scent of Existence is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us promptly and retain the product, packaging, and shipping materials. Photos may be requested so that we may review the issue and assist you.
